Nagawaukee Center is a multi-phase, 45-acre, master-planned commercial development located at the northeast quadrant of Interstate 94 and State Highway 83 (STH 83) in Delafield, Wisconsin. The STH 83/I-94 interchange serves as the primary local commercial center, housing national and regional retailers, restaurants, hotels and other complementary consumer service businesses.

Meridian completed Nagawaukee Shopping Center, a 195,000-square-foot community shopping center, in 1994. KOHL’S Department Store, Sentry Foods and Walgreen’s anchor the center. Waukesha State Bank, Bath and Body Works, GNC, Cost Cutters, Water Street Brewery and other businesses established the project as the community benchmark for architectural excellence and progressive land-use planning.

The Shoppes at Nagawaukee added 165,000 square feet of commercial space to the development in multiple freestanding buildings designed to complement the upscale character of Delafield.  Tenants include Best Buy, Marshalls, Sports Authority, Famous Footwear, West Marine, Starbucks, Applebee's, Verizon Wireless, and Panera Bread.

Together, Nagawaukee Shopping Center and The Shoppes at Nagawaukee represent the premier shopping destination within western suburban Milwaukee’s Lake Country trade area.
