Stephani Sundry
Project Partner

Stephani Sundry joined TOLD in the summer of 2006 and brings a wide-array of retail experience to our team. Prior to joining TOLD, Stephani spent six years as a Director of Real Estate at Best Buy Company during which time she was responsible for the development of approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail, 2 million square feet of industrial space, and the repositioning of nearly a million square feet of office space.

Stephani graduated from Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with a B.A. in Economics and received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. As an attorney with Messerli & Kramer, P.A. she represented commercial developers, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in a wide variety of real estate matters.

Stephani resides in Shorewood, Minnesota, with her husband and five children.
