Greg Kost
Managing Principal

Greg Kost joined TOLD Development Company in June of 1994. Kost has been involved in the development and management of nearly 1,000,000 square feet of office space and an additional 1,000,000 square feet of retail space. Some of the suburban Milwaukee projects that Kost has been involved with include Crossroads Corporate Center, Riverwood Corporate Center, The Nagawaukee Center, and Hillside Market.

Kost earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in both accounting and finance. Prior to returning to school for his Master’s degree, Kost worked for two years as a corporate accountant for Quad Graphics. Kost currently serves on the National Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, holds a real estate broker license in Wisconsin, and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC), and the Commercial Association of Realtors -Wisconsin (CARW).

Kost and his wife, Vicki, live with their four children in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
