Michael Kalscheur
Principal

Mike joined Meridian Properties in 1997, and moved to Carlsbad, CA in 2003 to start up and manage Meridian’s Southern California office. During his time with Meridian, Mike has been involved with over $175 million of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use development. Prior to joining Meridian, he was with Building Systems General Corporation where he spent five years serving as a Project Manager and Superintendent.

Mike holds two degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, including a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management. He is a member of the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mike resides with his wife Anne and two sons in Carlsbad, California.
