Bob Cunningham
Principal

Bob Cunningham joined TOLD Development Company in 1993 and has since been involved in all aspects of TOLD's office, industrial, retail, and residential development. Prior to TOLD he was with Opus Corporation for nine years. Cunningham is a Principal at TOLD.

Cunningham graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a B.A. in Economics in 1980 and from Drake University with an MBA in 1982. He has been a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks since 1984 and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1991.

Cunningham resides with his wife Mary and their four children in Shorewood, Minnesota.
