Roger Behrens
Counsel

Roger Behrens serves as counsel for TOLD Development Company and joined the company in February, 2007. Prior to joining TOLD, Roger served as counsel and underwriting attorney for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, where he drafted and reviewed contracts, underwrote commercial and residential title insurance policies, examined and reviewed title search work, and resolved potential claims for the company’s Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin operations. Prior to his work at Old Republic, Roger was an associate at Faegre & Benson LLP where he practiced commercial transactional real estate, including the areas of acquisition and disposition of real property, leasing, lending, zoning and land use.

Roger received his B.A. degree from Carleton College in 1996 and his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1999. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and Minnesota Department of Commerce’s Task Force on Uniform Conveyancing Blanks.

Roger resides in Chanhassen, Minnesota with his wife.
