Michael Arneson
Principal

Mike Arneson moved to Milwaukee in 1986 to start up and manage the Milwaukee office for TOLD Development Company. Prior to joining TOLD, Mike assumed project development and leasing responsibilities for well over one million square feet of office space in Minneapolis and other Midwestern cities with a total development value exceeding $100 million on behalf of a national Minneapolis-based developer.

Arneson earned his Masters of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business in 1982 and holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, also from UW-Madison. He has served on numerous boards and committees, including a term as the national president of the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. He is presently a member of the Community Development Authority for Brookfield, WI and sits on the Dean's Advisory Board at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.

Arneson and his wife, Sue, live with their two daughters in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
