Al Apuzzo
Associate

Al Apuzzo joined Meridian Properties Real Estate Development in September 2006. His roles include sourcing development and investment opportunities, project management, site selection, financial analysis and commercial leasing. Prior to joining Meridian, Al worked as an Asset Manager for O’Bryan-Smith Investments, where he leased, brokered, financed and exchanged over $30 million in transactions throughout the southwestern United States since 2001.

Al holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from San Diego State University, where he received graduate honors and induction into Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi honors societies. He is a member of the University of Illinois Alumni Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute – Young Leaders.

Al resides in Cardiff by the Sea, California.
