Brian R. Adamson
Real Estate Manager

Brian Adamson joined TOLD Development Company in September 2008. His roles include project management, site selection, financial analysis, and commercial leasing. Prior to joining TOLD, Brian was a Manager of Real Estate Development for Kohl’s Department Stores where he was responsible for new store development throughout the western United States. He was also involved in lease renewal analysis, relocation strategy, excess property disposition and industrial property site selection.

Brian graduated with Distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business with a bachelors degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. He is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

Brian and his wife, Carlee, live in Waukesha, Wisconsin with their son, Ethan.
